Audi Medal At Yas
(Abu Dhabi, UAE) – On Friday, October 2nd Yas Links welcomed members for the first month of the winter season all refreshed and ready to compete again at the Members Only Audi Medal. All gathered for their exclusive tee times from 7:00am – 8:30am to vie for bragging rights and prizes. All gathered at the Hickory’s courtyard afterwards where prizes were extended for winner and runner up under Nett Category A & B and Best Gross winner.
No stranger to the winners podium was the Gross Winner Alastair Crombie, having a fantastic finish with an impressive Gross 74. Category A (Handicap 0-12) saw a very strong race to the first place win where both 1st and 2nd place winners secured their spot with a better back nine. Randy Bradley had only a hair better last nine holes than Grace Groves both finishing with an impressive Nett 75. A new name to the leaderboard, Charles Katsuyoshi was awarded his second place standing with a notable Nett 72 . This put Teresa Sheepwash in first place in the Category B (Handicap 13-28) as she finished with a fantastic Nett 71.
Notable mentions goes to the days 2’s club winners: Gareth Dennison, John Gower, Roman Hawczak and Rory O’brien.
